Congratulation! And what a monerka. . . .Beautiful. God, if I’d named me daughters anything the like, I’da been strung up–as it is Ailish, Aine, Oona, Orla and Niamh have the rest of the Yanks around here confused.

I was a little worried when you started posting your updates under the heading “pictures”. Some things are best not blogged to the world in technicolour…but the end result is well worth sharing.

Neal, you picked two classics with Aine and Niamh. Even English people fail miserably with those two.
When we named Oisín, an old buddy from college also named Oisín mailed me to congratulate us on condemning our child to having people mispronounce his name for the rest of his life!
Can I just thank the person who invented the epidural. 5 babies and we finally get it right on the last one.

I live and die by my mouse wheel and speed reading!
I must do a post and ask people how many feeds they are subscribed to.
Everyone was shocked when I quoted a similar number at BarCamp. I was shocked that they were shocked. I did point out that they are not all blogs. There are tons of Technorati Search Feeds for work, lots of rarely updated sites and things like BreakingNews.ie can be scanned really quickly. I keep pruning back to about 200 but bit by bit the number goes back up.
