		<description>Bubble Bros wine would be a perfect match to what they are up to. I&#039;ll just tried zooming in on the pic to see if I could read the wines that are there now. One of bottles with some sort of Inca Sun logo?

Hake turned out to be a mistake for the pie. Poached it in milk and it collapsed into mush. Now just providing fishy thickener for the sauce!</description>

		<description>Looks pretty good to me.  I must give them a nudge about the wine list they requested.  By the by, we had first-class spiffing hake and shrimps yesterday (with seconds) at Ballymaloe.  A big party, with lively children, we were very warmly looked after.</description>
