I queries this with 2 Fine Gael canvassers when they called to the house one night before the election and they took notes and said they'd look into it. The lady canvasser then asked me 'where would we like to vote'??!!!! I'm aghast but apparently this is commonplace. We haven't registered with any political entity but all the party literature that came by post had the same spelling mistakes in both our names. Someone gave out the info... must have been when we registered the new house, perhaps? Is the country doomed????!!
