So potential spoiler for anyone who hasn’t seen the film but…the big dramatic scene at the end…do I need to say what it is? Anyway apparently Philip didn’t play any part in rehearsing for that scene ie he wanted to walk on cold to the scene so his reaction is a very genuine one. They shot it very late at night so the atmosphere was a very chilly and spooky one. There you go, a useless bit of info about a great film.

Yeah, I realise that isn’t a good sign. But I haven’t heard anything negative about her role, so maybe she’s dropped her usual annoying cutsey/woman-in-trouble-ditziness.

I got ‘In Cold Blood’ after watching the film, I’ll bring it down to you. Loved Catherine Keener it in (mind you, I think she’s fab anyway). Must get out the other film version of the story ‘Infamous’, apparently Toby Jones is spookily like Capote.
