I learned how to make orecchiette pasta without one of those fiddly machines. Well worth it! Sounds like a place to check out when I’m down south. The espresso reminds me of a holiday I had years ago in Crete. I'd come back from the beach and the landlord, from the shop downstairs, would drop in a few minutes later with a small cup of turkish coffee boiled up on the hob - magic.
