I used to wire up my old walkman to the sound card to get the old speccy games onto the PC but that is a lot slicker. I have a few great tapes I must get into MP3 format before they totally deteriorate. Nice! I may still have my old silver tape recorder in the attic. My Spectrum still works but it sits inside a full sized keyboard so never going to be any joy on eBay with it. Head over Heals was great. 45 minutes of tweaking the heads of a tape player through a little hole with a screwdriver to get the game to load. 10 levels in and your father slams a door and resets the computer.
