Hi Mary, You just enter the frequency with the number keys on the remote (without the decimal point obviously).

Hi Conor
I have tried to add cbeebies as a channel on sky. On the ‘add channels’ page: I can change polarisation, symbol rate, FEC but I cannot change the frequency. It currently comes up as 11.778. The arrows just do not come up.

Any ideas?

Hi Jackie, Just to clarify, you use 10773 to get CBBC and 10803 to get CBeebies. Make sure to delete the old CBeebies first. The technical fault error should only come up on the old 10773 one.

Hi I have tried your suggestion but all that comes up on the listing is CBBC on the listing Cbeebies doesnt come up as a channel to select……………. any other suggestions …. FEd up of my babyface watching all the adverts on other channels!!!
any info welcomed!!

Thanks for CBBC anyway – I get the same as the other poster ‘this channel has a technical fault etc’

wowsers!!!! I’ve just done what you said and it came up straight away, seriously was trying for ages to get to the bottom of cbeebiesgate. i had honestly thought it was gone for good. can’t tell you how happy my little girl is to see her favorite shows back on screen. all is right with the world again. ta very much, legendary!!!!!!

Hi Brenda, I just checked and the new frequency is working for us here. However, I should have pointed out that you will end up with two CBeebies listed: the old broken one and the new working one. Just delete the one that doesn’t work. Let us know how you get on.

i too was saddened by the loss of my daugheters favoroite channell (cbeebies) and when i read the info you so kindly posted i was delighted, however i did everything that you said but the channel still reads ‘technical fault please try again later’ which has been the case since october. I was wondering if you had found same and if you had any additional info to help get to the bottom of this. thanks Brenda

HI i would just like to point out that sky Digital had nothing to do with the BBC3+4 CBeebies UTV ITV or any Other channels that went from the other Channels This was to do With BBC (etc) Changing there Transformer. It is not up to the sky Agents to find the codes for you some of them will though BUt come on people shouting and giving attitude will do not gat them to help you be nice to your local Sky rep

Just been off the phone to them too and they told me they aren’t authorised to give out codes since we don’t pay for “other channels” just found this blog which is great, thanks a mil Conor!
