I take pride in BBQing/grilling in the rain whilst everyone huddles indoors from the freezing summer cold.

It really should make things better by cooling everything down a bit.

When I manage to cook a full brisket for 14 hours over a low smoke, I'll be a very happy man.

Until then I have my €50 charcoal bbq from Bandon Co-Op rusting away on the patio. The first set of burgers off that baby this summer should be mmmmm mmmm mmmm anaemia-curing orange-tastic tasty!
